The Express Comfort Priority Services Membership is free to join and includes six concrete terms: $69 seasonal tune-ups, V.I.P. rapid-response priority scheduling, a 2-year parts and labor warranty on all repairs, a 10% repair discount that rises to 30% when both seasonal tune-ups are performed, no overtime charges — including weekends and holidays — and the freedom to cancel anytime. This article walks through each term, what it is worth in practice, and the one behavior the whole program is built to reward.
Why is it free to join?
Because the membership is a maintenance relationship, not a subscription product. Plans that charge monthly fees have to justify the fee; ours only has to justify the tune-ups — and well-maintained systems are better for everyone involved: fewer emergency failures for you, fewer 10 p.m. compressor calls for us, and equipment that lives out its full design life. There is no fee to recover and no lock-in to enforce; cancel anytime is in the terms because the program is designed to earn its renewal on results.
What do the $69 seasonal tune-ups cover?
The two visits — cooling season and heating season — are full professional service appointments: coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure checks, electrical testing under load, drain line service, burner and flame-sensor inspection, and safety-control verification. What a real tune-up includes, and why our climate makes two annual visits the right cadence, is covered in what does an HVAC maintenance plan include. In a region where cooling runs April through October and winter arrives as sudden cold fronts, the spring and fall visits are timed to catch weak parts before the season that would kill them.
How does the 10%-to-30% repair discount actually work?
Every member gets 10% off repairs. Perform both seasonal tune-ups in the year, and the discount rises to 30%. The structure is deliberate: the discount is deepest for the members whose systems we know best, because a system we inspect twice a year is a system whose repairs are smaller, rarer, and diagnosed faster. It aligns the incentive exactly where it should be — on prevention.
What is priority scheduling worth in a Texas summer?
Everything, on the days it matters. When the first 105°F week hits, every HVAC company’s phone lines fill at once and wait times stretch for everyone — except the people at the front of the line. V.I.P. priority scheduling means members are dispatched ahead of the general queue, and the no-overtime-charges term means a Saturday-evening failure costs the same as a Tuesday-morning one, weekends and holidays included. Those two terms together are the difference between a hot night and a hot week.
What does the 2-year parts and labor warranty mean?
It means every repair we perform for a member is backed — parts and labor — for two years. If a repaired component fails again inside that window, making it right is our cost, not yours. It is the accountability term: a company confident in its diagnostics can afford to stand behind them, and a warranty that includes labor removes the fine print that makes most repair warranties hollow. Who gets the most value from membership?
Three households, in our experience. Owners of systems past their fifth year, where the repair discount and warranty terms start doing real work as components age. Busy families who will never remember to book a tune-up in the right month — the membership’s scheduling rhythm does the remembering. And owners of larger multi-system homes, where two or three systems each getting two visits a year turns the $69 tune-up rate into the largest line of member value on the ledger. If your equipment is brand new, join anyway: documented maintenance from day one is what keeps a manufacturer’s parts warranty enforceable, and the habit costs nothing to start.
How do you join?
Enroll on our membership page — it takes minutes and costs nothing. Your membership applies across our maintenance work, including AC maintenance in Keller, TX, AC maintenance in Southlake, TX, and heating maintenance in Fort Worth, TX. Book the first tune-up when you enroll — the 30% discount tier starts working for you the moment both seasonal visits are on the calendar.
