So grateful to David! Did everything he could to try to save the unit, but when it was clear there was no point of return, he found the new unit, quoted an extremely fair price and got it installed the very next morning. For what I expected to be a very painful process, he really helped make it easy and pain free!

Here he comes to save the day!!!!!I had just moved back to the FTW area and immediately ran into a hiccup… the HVAC stopped working on the first oppressively humid day of the year. And our son is not capable of regulating his body temp very well, so we were stressed to say the least.
After a couple chats with neighbors, we got the clear message to call Dave. He came over that same day; as luck would have it, we are neighbors! The coil was likely shot, and he gave us clear diagnostics to help us feel confident in this recommendation, as well as coil seal and enough coolant to hold us over until the new coil arrived. Apparently this has happened quite a bit with builder-grade coils and extreme winter temps, but the problem doesn’t reveal itself until that first hot, humid day.Thankfully the remedy was Quick, easy, and properly priced.Fast forward a couple months, and my sister’s older home is having HVAC issues. I suggested Dave and his team. Same quick response.Take all this one step further, we asked for some upgrades to the system (filtration and an additional return to help balance temp in my son’s room) and I was never pressured into anything more than I’d asked for, or anything that wouldn’t ultimately properly resolve the issue I presented. Dave is the real deal… 100% respectful, courteous, and on top of things!
