These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fish Premier HVAC website ( fishpremierhvac.com) and the HVAC and home-comfort services we provide across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. By using this site or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services & Estimates

Content on this site describes the heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, home scenting, generator, and related services we offer. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at booking. Estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary until confirmed in person. We will communicate material changes — and get your approval — before proceeding with work beyond the agreed scope.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (214) 417-4684. After-hours and emergency response availability is as stated on our site and confirmed when you call.

Warranties

Our services and repairs are backed by a warranty; specific coverage and duration are stated on your invoice or membership agreement. Equipment manufacturers provide their own warranties, which we help register and honor. Express Comfort Priority Membership benefits (including extended repair warranty terms) apply to services performed by Fish Premier HVAC and are subject to the membership terms provided at enrollment.

Membership & Promotions

Membership and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated and may change without notice. Current offer terms appear on the relevant page; call us to confirm eligibility.

Payments & Financing

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Card payments and financing applications are processed by third-party providers on their own secure, PCI-compliant pages or redirects — we never collect or store card numbers on this website. Financing may be offered through partners such as Optimus Financing and GoodLeap and is subject to credit approval and the lender's terms. We are not a lender.

Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and page layouts — is the property of Fish Premier HVAC LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
