01 HVAC Service Technician Full Time Fort Worth, TX (field — DFW metroplex) +
Fish Premier HVAC isn't a volume shop — we deliver whole-home luxury, and our service technicians are the face of that promise. You'll diagnose and repair high-efficiency AC systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits in some of DFW's finest homes, with a stocked truck, respectful scheduling, and a team that sweats the details.
What We're Looking For
- EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- 2+ years of residential HVAC field experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Meticulous workmanship and strong customer-communication skills
- Comfortable representing a premium, white-glove brand in customers' homes

Our installs are engineered for energy efficiency and finished like furniture. You'll lead and assist on full system replacements, ductless mini-split installs, indoor air quality equipment, and whole-home generator projects — the kind of varied, high-spec work that keeps the trade interesting.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Confident with sheet metal, line sets, condensate, and electrical hookups
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pride in clean, precise finish work

03 Customer Experience Coordinator Full Time Fort Worth, TX +

As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll answer calls, schedule service with care, coordinate technicians across the DFW metroplex, and follow up after every visit to make sure the experience matched the promise: whole home luxury.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or front-office roles
- Warm, professional phone presence
- Organized and detail-obsessed — nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience with scheduling/CRM software a plus
