As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll answer calls, schedule service with care, coordinate technicians across the DFW metroplex, and follow up after every visit to make sure the experience matched the promise: whole home luxury.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or front-office roles
- Warm, professional phone presence
- Organized and detail-obsessed — nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience with scheduling/CRM software a plus
